Hello, I’m Kei — a tattoo artist based in East London.

I specialise in three things that often weave together: large body-flowing designs that move with your shape, Asian-inspired imagery such as fortune knots, ink paintings, calligraphy, botanicals, animals. I work in both black and colour.

My love for body art began in 2018 through life drawing, where I grew passionate about honouring people in their most authentic form. I see tattooing as an extension of that — a form of body adornment rooted in self-expression. Since becoming a full-time tattoo artist in 2022, I've remained active in the life drawing community as an artist, model, and facilitator, and co-founded ESEA Life Drawing, a monthly space spotlighting East and Southeast Asian models.

My work lives in the space between haunting, beautiful and whimsical. Whether it's a flowing ribcage piece, a colour dragon wrapping the thigh, or a scattering of botanicals across the arm — I aim to create tattoos that feel like a natural extension of the person wearing them. As a gentle tattoo artist, I prioritise care and equal collaboration, holding space for each person throughout the process.
